Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cash flow reporting.
• Experience with subsidiary or regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to explain complex accounting topics to non-accounting partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated statement of cash flows end to end with supporting schedules.
• Lead subsidiary and other compliance-related reporting and lender/covenant reporting.
• Adopt new accounting standards and manage data/system changes.
• Lead stock-based compensation reporting and related disclosures.
• Contribute to periodic SEC filings and peer benchmarking disclosures.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and external auditors on reporting.
• Build Claude-powered reporting workflows and automate processes.
• Maintain process documentation and controls; be primary auditor contact.
