Marshall University Athletics is seeking a Director of Financial Operations & Reporting to lead budgeting, reporting, and financial controls for the department. Responsibilities

• Run and review regular budget and financial reports for Athletics leadership and stakeholders.
• Open PO and Invoice Management: monitor, reconcile, and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Account & Transaction Reconciliation: reconcile P-Card, purchasing, invoice, and deposits; fix errors.
• Financial Visibility & Analysis: report on budgeted, spent, committed, invoiced, paid and outstanding balances.
