Ladders seeks a Director of Finance Systems to lead strategy, administration, and ongoing improvement of core finance systems for a growing healthcare organization. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Analytics, Procurement, and Engineering to strengthen financial processes and ensure systems scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems or ERP administration, with hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Led at least one finance system implementation from requirements gathering through support.
• Experience with IT general controls for financial reporting in an audit-ready environment.
• Governed a chart of accounts and built reports in NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Engineering teams on system workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee core finance systems, including ERP and revenue reporting tools
• Manage projects for new system launches and system updates
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate finance requirements into system designs
• Set the approach for AI in Accounting, including agent development and safeguards
• Lead the build-out of IT general controls and financial systems controls as the business scales
• Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics to enhance financial processes
