Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance to join a rapidly growing FinTech/Financial Services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, capital efficiency, and revenue modeling, and to make a significant impact on the company\'s financial success. The successful candidate will manage financial risk assessment and implement pricing strategies. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company\'s short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within financial services, FinTech, or insurance.
• Experience in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, 3-statement modeling, and financial risk assessment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex financial scenarios.
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
