Proven Recruiting in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Strategic Finance Leader to drive FP&A, budgeting, long-range planning, and executive reporting across multiple brands. You will build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives, investments, and potential acquisitions.

You will partner with CEOs and cross-functional leaders to improve performance, deliver data-driven insights, and mentor finance teams in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills to support executive-level decision making.
• Experience driving growth, profitability initiatives, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting across multiple business entities.
• Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives, market expansion, investments, acquisitions, and strategic decision-making.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $180,000-$200,000+ per year.
