Overview

Rapidly Growing FinTech company seeks a hands-on Director of Finance to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on driving financial strategy, capital efficiency, and revenue modeling. The successful candidate will manage financial risk assessment and pricing strategy implementation. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Base pay

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company\'s short and long-term goals.
• Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identification of potential cost reductions.
• Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify potential areas for growth.
• Conduct financial risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure its accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services, FinTech, or insurance industry.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, 3-statement modeling, and financial risk assessment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex financial scenarios.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
