Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Education or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years managing employee training activities and working in training & development, education setting or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs for field operations employees.
• Coordinates development of training performance assessment tools and apprenticeship programs.
• Manages field training staff and budget for training and compliance records.
