Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Education or related field and a minimum of twelve years managing employee

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Education or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees on-the-job training programs and schedules for craft employees and supervisors in Electric Operations.
• Develops training performance assessment tools and materials for field trainers.
• Manages work plans and budgets aligning classroom training with field progression across multiple crafts.
• Documents performance results and develops written progress reports and development plans.
• Ensures certification and qualifications are up to date and training records are maintained.
