Job summary

Suzuki Motor USA, LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Motorcycle and ATV Field Service operations. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, dealer profitability, and staff development across district teams.

You will guide technical service managers and ensure service processes align with company standards. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, with experience managing field staff and coordinating with multiple departments to support dealers

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a technician at a dealership.
Minimum 3 years’ service management experience at the dealer level.
Minimum 5 years’ experience at the District Technical Service Manager Level or 10 years’ service management at the wholesale/distributor level.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and a very strong technical background.
Significant PC knowledge with databases, spreadsheets, word-processing and presentation software.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day Field Service operations.
Lead and train staff of 6 District Technical Service Managers and the National Field Service Manager.
Improve dealer CSI scores and meet company goals for service quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with home office Techline/QC/Customer Service/Warranty and other departments.
Manage outside vendors for training and publications.
