We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Service Manager to lead our powersports service department. You’ll oversee technicians, maintain top-notch customer service, and keep operations running smooth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department team, including hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Schedule, assign and monitor work to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Provide guidance and support to service technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair services performed, including auto estimating and service writing.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous service management or supervisory experience (powersports, automotive or similar)
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive or powersports diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
