Job summary

The Citi Director-level FDC Account Manager leads strategic relationships with Citi's most significant Futures, OTC Clearing, and FX Prime Brokerage clients, driving revenue growth and long-term franchise development.

In this role you maintain executive-level client engagement, develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a senior escalation point to ensure service, risk, and regulatory controls are maintained at the highest standard.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Futures, OTC Clearing, FX Prime Brokerage, Prime Services, or related markets.
• Deep product expertise across Futures, OTC Clearing, FX Prime Brokerage, and Prime Services.
• Experience managing complex institutional client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for a portfolio of strategically important clients across the FDC business.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of client strategies, objectives, and growth priorities.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and coordinate resolutions across internal teams.
