Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the senior relationship lead for a portfolio of strategically important clients across the FDC business; Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers; Maintain an understanding of client strategies, objectives, operating models, and growth priorities; Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and coordinate resolution across internal stakeholder groups.
