Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to Citi's Americas Futures and Derivatives Clearing (FDC) business.
• Collaborate across lines of business and with external counsel for efficient outcomes.
• Advise on complex regulatory and contract issues during onboarding and expansion.
• Monitor and escalate regulatory risk; provide strategic risk-aware guidance.
• Negotiate and manage complex commercial and market infrastructure agreements.
