Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to enhance client experience and drive revenue growth in New York. You will be responsible for managing client relationships in Futures, OTC Clearing, and FX Prime Brokerage, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying cross-sale opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the finance sector, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to engage clients effectively. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and may involve travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Futures, OTC Clearing, and/or FX Prime Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of risk and control in FDC businesses.
• Cross-product knowledge in Futures, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Cleared Swaps.
• Understanding of global markets and procedures.
• Prior client-facing role experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• FINRA Series SIE, 3, 7, and 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Defend and grow client Futures, OTC Clearing and FXPB revenues.
• Lead existing client relationships as a senior point of contact.
• Understand client needs and drive organic growth.
• Conduct periodic client reviews for satisfaction.
• Partner with clients for market expansion.
