Morada Senior Living is seeking a Director of Facility Operations to lead maintenance and operations across our Texas communities. You will supervise building, grounds, security, and mechanical assets while managing transportation services in line with policy and budget.

Ideal candidates bring life safety expertise, HVAC and electrical/plumbing knowledge, and strong leadership. You will develop vendor contracts, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant facilities across

Formación

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Life safety experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, fire panels and emergency systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Oversee total campus operation and maintenance to high standards.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy.
• Handle after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Review monthly financial statements and implement action plans for deficiencies.
• Staff planning and scheduling in line with budget and operations.
• Ensure transportation vehicles are maintained and safe for service.
• Oversee passenger transport to destinations per schedule.
