Cottonwood Tucson, Inc. is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, safety, and emergency management. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating regulatory inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, CDC, and other authorities.

The position requires a strong background in health-care facility operations, vendor management, and budget oversight, with a focus on safety and high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in maintenance or facility operations.
• Knowledge of standard and safe maintenance practices, procedures, and tools in the general building/maintenance trades.
• CPR and de-escalation training may be required; First aid may be required depending on state or facility.
• Certification or licensure in trade such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC preferred; CHFM certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of facility and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, CDC, CARF, TJC and local agencies.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Coordinate inspections with regulatory authorities and external contractors.
• Plan and monitor maintenance budget to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Lead safety and emergency management programs and drills; serve as Life Safety and Security Officer.
