Job summary

The role requests a CHFM or related licensure and strong leadership in a healthcare setting. The position is onsite with responsibility for budgeting, vendor management, and program development to maintain a safe, compliant environment

Qualifications

• Five or more years in maintenance or facility operations, healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of safe maintenance practices and building trades.
• Certification or licensure in trade areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of facility, grounds, and equipment to regulatory standards.
• Acts as Life Safety and Security Officer and coordinates safety programs.
• Leads staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manages budgets, oversees contractors, and ensures regulatory inspections.
• Ensures fire safety drills and disaster preparedness trainings are conducted.
