Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a senior facilities leader to oversee operations, maintenance, and management of all hospital facilities across the campus. You will lead a diverse team to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient environment aligned with patient care goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of healthcare facility standards. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative partners to optimize service delivery and drive

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years direct facilities leadership experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• 3–5 years in related field and 3–5 years leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety, and inspections.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and manage annual facilities operations budget and capital plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ADA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare standards.
• Oversee maintenance of hospital buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align facilities goals with patient care needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
