Job summary

Confidential is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Facilities to lead facility operations and capital projects across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role requires frequent travel to support multi-site operations and oversee vendors, budgets, and timelines.

You will drive preventive maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets for multiple locations, acting as owner-representative on major construction and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-10+ years of facilities management and construction project management experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site, multi-state operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across multiple sites in multiple states.
• Lead construction, renovation, and capital projects as owner representative; manage budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and documentation; support audits.
• Develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution plans for projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors; monitor performance.
