Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc. seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance functions for a Cedar Park, Texas facility. You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed within budget, uphold safety procedures, and coordinate with staff, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities include budget preparation, supply planning, safety inspections, and staff training. Strong knowledge of building codes and mechanical systems is required; lifting up to 45 pounds may be

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• General knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems recommended.
• Additional certification/education regarding building codes, safety regulations, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing systems strongly recommended.
• Candidate should be in fair physical condition to accommodate tasks, which may include lifting up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation and control of supplies, equipment, repairs and personnel budgets.
• Assure a safe and sanitary environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Maintain positive public relations by displaying professionalism in contacts with residents, employees and the public.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per the maintenance manual.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with staff and executives when appropriate.
