MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring the physical plant is safe, clean and fully functional. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and uphold MBK's standards and resident-focused service.

With strong leadership, you will mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, and uphold compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in large facilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-call point of contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Develop and implement maintenance, environmental, and safety strategies.
• Manage the department budget and forecast equipment needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure a high-quality living experience.
• Inspect property grounds and equipment to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Direct and mentor maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams.
