Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred; 5-10 years managerial experience in wireless telecom site development or construction.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Domestic travel ~50% and valid government-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational and financial performance of Construction Services within an area.
• Lead business development and sales for the designated line.
• Develop and monitor annual/quarterly/bi-weekly projections.
• Staff projects and territories; train Territory Managers on contracts.
• Review weekly reports and coordinate with other departments; manage A/R.
• Delegate projects; ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance; mentor staff.
