Zayo is seeking an experienced leader to direct regional external affairs, focusing on network permitting and utility coordination across North America. The role involves advocating for supportive policies, building strong government and stakeholder relationships, and guiding a distributed team with budgeting and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Legal, Policy, Engineering, and other groups to align strategies and drive network deployment and business growth for a leading bandwidth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications, regulatory, or permitting with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional external affairs, network permitting, and utility coordination strategies.
• Advocate for policies that support network deployment and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, utilities, and community stakeholders.
• Manage a distributed team, budgets, and performance measures.
