Ziply Fiber is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead teams delivering scalable fiber network designs, ensuring regulatory and technical standards are met. You will drive program strategy, partner with external vendors, and oversee end-to-end design and construction readiness for large-scale deployments.

The role requires executive leadership, vendor management, and strong GIS/CAD and data-visualization capabilities to advance Ziply’s mission of expanding state-of-the-art fiber networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; PE preferred.
• 8+ years in fiber/network engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with permitting, pre-construction, and large-scale design.
• Strong GIS/CAD skills and use of data visualization tools.
