Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local governments, public works departments, utilities, and community leaders.
• Coordinate permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment/joint use, and construction-related issues with states, counties, and cities.
• Act as a liaison for internal teams to navigate local requirements and keep builds on time and on budget.
• Engage with local chambers of commerce and economic development groups.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on progress and key issues.
