Job summary

Educational Service District 123 in Washington state seeks an Executive Director of Student Services to provide vision and leadership for expanded learning programs, including 21st Century centers, across multiple sites.

You will recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets and grants, ensure data collection and reporting, and partner with districts, families, and community partners to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, educational leadership, youth development, public administration, or a related field required.
• Experience in expanded learning, out-of-school-time programming, or 21st Century Community Learning Centers.
• Must successfully complete required Washington State Patrol (WSP) and FBI background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program and other expanded learning programs and initiatives as assigned.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of expanded learning grants and programs, including program development, application and funding processes, onboarding, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and closeout.
• Recruit, supervise, evaluate, coach, and support program staff to promote effective performance and professional growth.
• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate professional development and training for program staff.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize program data to monitor implementation, evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with applicable program and funding requirements.
