Job summary

World Fuel Services seeks a Director of Executive Compensation to lead the design, administration, governance, and communication of executive pay and long‑term incentives. You will partner with the C-suite, oversee equity plans, and ensure regulatory compliance across governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in executive compensation, equity administration and compensation strategy.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing compensation or reward teams.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, long-term incentives, SEC reporting and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and governance of executive compensation and long-term incentive programs.
• Partner with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to develop market-aligned compensation for NEOs.
• Oversee equity plan administration including restricted stock, stock options, and other awards.
• Manage executive compensation analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board meetings with analyses and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, tax laws and governance standards.
• Oversee disclosures and proxy statement support, and related reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Payroll, and Tax teams on compensation matters.
• Develop and mentor the Executive Compensation and Equity Administration team.
