Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive ERP leadership experience, incl. higher education modules (Student, Finance, HR/Payroll, Financial Aid).
• Proven senior leadership experience (Director) with governance, strategy, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term ERP strategy across Banner ecosystem and core modules.
• Establish enterprise ERP governance, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
• Oversee ERP operations, includes databases, integrations, reporting, and security.
