You will partner with senior leaders across regions to guide transformation, drive adoption, and realize productivity and cost-savings, shaping the enterprise narrative and ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in enterprise transformation, change management or strategic communications.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influence across regions.
• Experience driving organizational redesign and large-scale productivity initiatives.
