Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive internal communications experience at senior level.
• Experience advis ing leadership and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise internal communications strategy and execution across the system.
• Lead and mentor a communications team; partner with stakeholders on messaging and change communications.
• Oversee digital channels, audience targeting, and measurement; support Microsoft 365 and Workday initiatives.
