Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in internal or corporate communications, with senior-level advisory experience.
• Experience advising leadership and influencing decision-making; mentoring communications staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise internal communications strategy and editorial calendar alignment.
• Oversee channels and digital experiences for internal communications across the system.
