Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Talent Management Program Director to lead enterprise performance management, talent review, and succession planning initiatives that align with our strategic priorities. You will translate talent strategy into scalable programs, processes, tools, and resources that strengthen the employee and leader experience across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR, talent management, or organizational development experience.
• Designing and leading enterprise performance management, talent review, and succession programs.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or similar systems.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license; ability to lift up to 10 pounds; may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide design, planning, execution, administration, and improvement of performance management, talent review, and succession planning programs.
• Own the end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, ongoing feedback, year-end evaluations, and calibration support.
• Ensure programs reinforce business priorities and provide a consistent manager and employee experience.
• Coordinate talent review cycles, calibration resources, and development planning with HR and business stakeholders.
• Deliver materials, reports, and trainings for leadership discussions and program adoption.
