Blueland is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems to be the company’s first dedicated Enterprise Systems and IT leader, building the technology foundation to support our growth.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will own enterprise systems and day-to-day IT operations, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Data & Analytics to optimize processes, manage the systems roadmap, and ensure secure, reliable technology for employees.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in enterprise systems, ERP, or IT/business tech roles.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across Finance and Operations.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment, and financial close.
• Experience managing NetSuite consultants, MSPs, and external vendors.
• Experience leading systems implementations and integrations from requirements to go-live.
• Strong project management skills and prioritization of multiple systems.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve processes and productivity.
• Knowledge of IT fundamentals: provisioning, IAM, endpoint management, SaaS administration.
• Ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Experience in consumer products/retail/omnichannel environments.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, EDI, 3PL/fulfillment integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own NetSuite as the central business systems owner and MSP liaison.
• Partner with Finance/Operations to map processes and translate requirements.
• Lead NetSuite enhancements: configurations, workflows, reporting, integrations.
• Handle day-to-day NetSuite administration and escalate complex work to MSPs.
• Manage MSP/vendor relationships, scope, timelines, and quality of delivery.
• Oversee NetSuite integrations with ecommerce, EDI, 3PL, and other apps.
• Govern roles, permissions, configurations, and changes in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to enforce master data governance.
• Lead testing, training, and change management for major enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve controls.
