Blueland is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems to become the company’s first dedicated Enterprise Systems and IT leader. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the enterprise systems and day-to-day IT operations, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Data & Analytics to improve processes and roadmap execution.

This role is hands-on: you’ll set direction, perform critical NetSuite work, manage partnerships, and build the function without a large internal team.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the NetSuite enhancement roadmap across finance and operations.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with ecommerce, EDI, 3PL and other enterprise apps.
• Oversee governance of roles, permissions, configurations, and workflows.
• Lead testing, documentation, and change management for major enhancements.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve master data governance in NetSuite.
