Blueland is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems to build our technology foundation and drive enterprise systems strategy. You will report to the CFO and own NetSuite administration, roadmap, integrations, and MSP management to support Finance, Operations, and Data.

You will lead systems initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and guide IT governance while overseeing employee IT support and related operations. This is a high-impact role at a growing climate-conscious company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise systems, ERP, or IT roles.
• Strong NetSuite experience and a hands-on builder mindset.
