Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Director/Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Enterprise to lead an enterprise transformation. You will report to the CIO, build an Infrastructure Center of Excellence, and modernize legacy platforms while maintaining security and governance across multiple ERP and identity environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, practical decision-making, and a bias for action, with responsibility for sourcing, budgeting and vendor partnerships to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business or related discipline; Master’s degree highly desirable.
• Hands-on SOX experience with controls, audit evidence and remediation.
• Director-level or above leadership of enterprise infrastructure in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Experience leading infrastructure in a manufacturing context with OT considerations.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise infrastructure transformations without relying on large teams or external consultants.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the infrastructure strategy, architecture principles, investment roadmap and lifecycle plans.
• Champion modernization and unification of IT across the company.
• Build and lead the CoE and coordinate internal talent with external partners.
• Oversee cloud, data centers, networks, identity and end-user computing; ensure reliability and security.
• Partner with security leadership to implement controls, remediation and compliance (CMMC/NIST).
• Lead acquisitions diligence and Day 1 planning through post-close integration.
