Job summary

Palm Bay International in Port Washington, NY, is seeking a Director of Information Systems to lead enterprise applications, data governance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

You will partner with IT leadership, drive AI-enabled automation, mentor a growing team, manage the IT budget, and work across departments to deliver insights and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 4-8 years of supervisory IT experience.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry preferred.
• VIP & Circana data experience strongly desired.
• Excel expertise for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Relational databases knowledge a plus.
• ERP implementations experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Power BI development with DAX programming.
• Data governance and compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on AI technologies for automation and efficiency.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of enterprise applications including ERP, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and data quality.
• Drive AI tool adoption aligned with corporate strategy and governance.
• Manage IT staff, mentor teams, and support talent development.
• Translate IT strategy into detailed operational plans and milestones.
• Support IT budget management and vendor evaluations.
