Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in data, analytics, enterprise apps, IT, or healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years in leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with data warehousing, analytics, visualization.
• Experience owning at least one enterprise platform through lifecycle.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmap for data, AI, automation, analytics, and enterprise systems.
• Lead Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence.
• Govern enterprise data governance, definitions, ownership, retention, and classification.
• Own Workday ERP platform roadmap, security, reporting and data feeds.
• Oversee Epic Cogito environment including Caboodle and Clarity.
• Lead integration standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and QA/testing across systems.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments.
