Job summary

Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences software company, seeks a Director of Sales for QualityOne Extended Industries. You will lead a high-performing Account Partner team, drive enterprise eQMS sales to large manufacturers, and own regional revenue targets with multi-year agreements.

You will coach on complex deals, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure accurate forecasting while aligning with Quality, IT, and Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software and/or eQMS sales experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of 4+ Account Executives.
• Understanding of Quality, Document Management, and EHS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team of Account Partners to grow business across new and existing accounts.
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets for the team.
• Provide strategic coaching on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
• Manage relationships with Quality, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and C-level executives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline in Veeva CRM.
• Guide account strategy for top strategic accounts and negotiate multi-year SaaS contracts.
