Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar program.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or risk management or claims with emphasis on construction.
• Advanced executive level presentation skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance risk management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy of risk management efforts, insurance coverages and program development for Enterprise Services groups.
• Analyze, review, and approve quotes for insurance placements; present analysis and make recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and manage coverage needs and assess impact of business needs on coverage and renewals.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and carriers.
• Create and maintain risk register and participate in broker/client stewardship meetings.
• Bind insurance coverage independently within authority and liaise with stakeholders on risks.
• Participate in industry events and contribute to training materials.
