The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in insurance or risk management, and professional licenses or JD; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar program.
• Broker, Insurance Consultant, or Public Adjuster license required, and/or valid JD with law license, required
• Risk management CPCU, ARM or similar insurance designation preferred
• Construction industry risk management experience desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management and insurance placements for enterprise services.
• Lead strategy of risk management, insurance coverages and program development for Turner's Enterprise Services groups.
• Analyze, review, and approve quotes for insurance placements within approval authority.
• Develop coverage needs and assess impact of evolving business needs on coverage and renewals.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and carriers.
• Lead business discussions to understand business models and unique risk needs for new ventures.
• Create and maintain risk register with partners to mitigate risk.
• Participate in broker and client stewardship meetings.
• Bind insurance coverage within approved authority.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align risks with appropriate coverage.
• Serve as SME on technical insurance programs and escalation contact.
• Support Turner's annual insurance programs and project placements.
• Contribute content for insurance training materials.
• Represent the company at industry events and set standards.
