This role carries executive visibility, shaping recovery outcomes, reserving alignment, and program strategy across catastrophic and multi-layer builders risk placements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of property claims experience.
• Proven authority managing complex and high exposure construction property and delay claims.
• Deep expertise in builders risk policy interpretation, LEG exclusions, delay in completion coverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for all major Builders Risk claims across Turner's portfolio.
• Lead oversight of complex, high-severity, and multi-layer property and time element losses.
• Develop and execute structured recovery strategies aligned with Turner's risk management and legal teams.
• Evaluate physical damage, causation, delay, quantum, and contractual interplay to position claims for recovery.
• Direct external experts including engineers, forensics, scheduling specialists, and coverage counsel.
• Establish and enforce consistent claim governance standards across the portfolio.
