Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Retail Sales to lead a team of Account Executives handling strategic retail opportunities across fashion, beauty, apparel, and more. The role is remote-first with occasional in-person onboarding and requires hands-on leadership in complex deals.

You will mentor AEs, shape GTM strategy, build C-level merchant relationships, and partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to drive growth. Travel as needed for high-priority opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or leadership roles.
• Experience leading senior quota-carrying Account Executives.
• Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Account Executives and drive accountability.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes.
• Shape Enterprise GTM strategy with senior leadership and manage cross-functional alignment.
• Engage with senior merchants and negotiate complex commercial terms.
