Job summary

Enerfab, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Director of Project Controls to lead enterprise-level controls, administration, and reporting across field operations. Location is Cincinnati preferred, with Kansas City also considered.

The role oversees cost controls, scheduling (Primavera P6), billing, timekeeping, and data governance, collaborating with regional teams and shared services to drive standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/engineering/finance/related field.
• 10+ years in industrial construction, project controls, or related field with field ops experience.
• 5+ years of leadership across multiple projects or offices.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, scheduling, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce standard BOPs, workflows, roles, and handoffs across field offices.
• Align cost controls, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting across regions.
• Govern Primavera P6 standards and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Standardize project setup, document control, and closeout practices.
• Reinforce field timekeeping, payroll handoffs, and labor compliance.
• Standardize billing processes for T&M and firm-price work.
• Promote data quality and reporting across ERP, scheduling, and document management.
• Lead regional process improvements and training materials.
• Serve as Field Operations’ primary alignment for project controls.
