Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Head of Enterprise Payments Strategy to define and drive the enterprise-wide payments roadmap across all rails, ensuring alignment with bank objectives. You will chair governance forums and lead cross-LOB decisioning, balancing priorities and funding to enable scalable payments capabilities.

You’ll influence senior leadership, shape investment directions, and partner with product, technology, and risk teams to modernize payments in a large financial services

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in payments across multiple rails (ACH, Wires, Cards, RTP).
• Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-level product strategies and roadmaps in banking or payments environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, technology, operations, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise payments vision, roadmap, and investment priorities across all payment rails.
• Drive governance and guide critical decisions on prioritization, funding, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Accelerate transformation by advancing modernization and innovation across payments capabilities.
• Partner across lines of business to align on and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
• Lead product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle execution across ACH, wires, cards, and emerging rails.
• Collaborate with technology and operations to ensure seamless execution and performance.
• Own payments risk and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Influence and communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior and executive leadership.
• Drive portfolio performance, including growth, adoption, and operational efficiency.
