Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Information Architecture to lead a team of Enterprise Data Architects, Data Modelers and Data Product Managers in modernizing and governing the bank's data architecture. This role aligns with the Enterprise Data Vision and Strategy to drive scalable analytics.

You will collaborate with the Chief Data Officer and governance teams to develop strategic playbooks and roadmaps to grow the practice and support enterprise-wide data usage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with 10+ years in data disciplines.
Experience across data management, governance, product development, and architecture.
Strong ability to develop architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data strategy and architecture aligned with business goals.
Create roadmaps and business cases to modernize data platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, usability, and performance.
Lead a team delivering enterprise data solutions and products.
