Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, building and transforming an enterprise learning function across a multifamily platform.

The role focuses on creating standardized, role-based learning pathways, optimizing the LMS, and establishing mentorship and talent development programs, with close collaboration with Operations, HR, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise L&D programs for large organizations.
• Ability to build and scale learning pathways across multiple business units.
• Proven track record of measuring learning impact with KPIs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Learning & Development strategy.
• Evaluate current training environment, identify gaps, and rebuild where needed.
• Create standardized learning pathways for roles across property operations.
• Own and optimize the LMS and learning infrastructure.
• Develop manager and leadership development programs.
