Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Eight+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Five+ years leading a software engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a product team of engineers and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Redesign architecture operational processes and build automations using AI and code.
• Design and implement an enterprise meta model graph and integrate data analytics capabilities.
• Develop scalable applications using Python and microservices, with secure coding and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement, configure, and augment Enterprise Architecture and Process Mining tooling.
