Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6+ years leading multiple software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams delivering enterprise digital solutions.
• Define and execute long-term technology strategy and modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee design, deployment, and support of scalable, secure apps.
• Partner with executives, product, and business to align investments.
• Adopt modern practices: Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native.
• Establish standards, governance, and architecture best practices.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, security, and data protection compliance.
• Lead large-scale cloud migration and platform modernization.
• Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and technology investments.
