present of AI is seeking a senior Operations professional in New York City to drive adoption of an AI deal platform within the commercial lending space. The role requires deep inside knowledge of agency lending processes and strong networks with production and credit leaders at major DUS lenders.

You will manage underwriting and loan package workflows, and lead deals end-to-end from first meeting to signed contract, without heavy external support.

Qualifications

• Deep relationships with production and credit leaders at large DUS lenders.
• Experience with underwriting and credit memo workflows.
• Can run an enterprise lending deal from first meeting to signed contract without external support.
